The Site
The land at Cowley is made up of two separate sites which are comprised of a number of fields and enclosures. Both sites have hedged boundaries and frontage to the River Creedy. The first site extends over 15.14 acres, while the second has an area of 7.39 acres. The land is mostly used for arable and livestock farming at present, and the soil is characterized as free draining, light, loamy, and slightly acidic.
