The Site

The land at Cowley is made up of two separate sites which are comprised of a number of fields and enclosures. Both sites have hedged boundaries and frontage to the River Creedy. The first site extends over 15.14 acres, while the second has an area of 7.39 acres. The land is mostly used for arable and livestock farming at present, and the soil is characterized as free draining, light, loamy, and slightly acidic.

The location

The land is located at the popular residential area of Cowley Village, found between Exeter and Crediton. It is serviced by the A377 which is the main road between the two, providing it with excellent communication links and easy access to the extensive services and amenities in Exeter.
