The property on Armada Way began life as a set of offices and a Barclays Bank, before it was converted into 2 commercial units with student flats above. One of these units has been occupied by a local family-run haberdashery since 2010 and in the basement of the shop one of the original bank vault doors remains intact! We purchased the leasehold for the property in 2020

One of the commercial units has been occupied by a local family-run haberdashery since 2010, while the other unit has recently become the home of Zaitoon Restaurant. Providing a home for both of these businesses comes hand-in-hand with our firm belief in the importance of supporting local people and economies.
Our vision was to refurbish the flats giving local families access to convenient city living and the opportunity to live in the centre of Plymouth’s vibrant shopping area. The residential units are now complete, with two flats on both the first and second floors; one smaller unit, and one larger unit that boasts spacious and versatile living space. Each apartment is fitted with four en-suite bedrooms as well as kitchen and living areas. These are being rented out through Martin & Co, Connells, and Plymouth County Council.
