Commercial Director

Chris is a Commercial Director with over 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry for contractors and developers mainly on residential projects in the South West.  Chris joined Akkeron in 2023 having previously worked with them on a development in Devon and is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Chris’s role covers all commercial aspects of projects from land appraisal stage and cost planning through to the development and construction phases.
