Ian Pugsley

Development Consultant

Ian is a Development Consultant with c40 Years of experience in the Construction industry.  Ian began his career as a Quantity Surveyor working for a well-known local Contractor before switching to a General Surveying/Project Management role with a local residential development company.

In the last 20 years, Ian has worked at Director level in the Technical and Planning disciplines, most recently in the role of Regional Technical and Major Projects Director for Taylor Wimpey, responsible for amongst many other things, the new towns of Cranbrook in East Devon and Sherford in the South Hams.
