Richard is a solicitor with over 35 years experience of advising private and public sector clients on property transactions often involving the drafting and negotiation of complex legal documents such as options, conditional contracts and development agreements. 

Prior to joining Akkeron he was a partner in a national firm where he had various management roles including being head of the firm’s commercial property team.
