Akkeron Construction was incorporated in 2023 as Akkeron Group’s in-house construction business.
The History
The company was formed in 2023 during a challenging period within the construction industry after Covid-19 when several SME construction firms unfortunately went into administration. Rather than continuing to outsource our construction and carrying the associated risks, we made the strategic decision to bring construction in-house. This allowed us to gain greater control over our projects procured by our development team.
Bringing construction delivery in-house has enabled us to protect development timelines and ensure the highest quality is being achieved across all of our developments. It allows us to deliver projects more efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Through ACS we have the capability to focus on quality and grow our development portfolio.
What We Do
Akkeron Construction Services oversees the full construction process across multiple ongoing developments. As of 2026, the in-house team spread their time across both Seven Brethren and Laceworks. However, ACS is looking to the future and working alongside the development team to bring forward an exciting pipeline of new projects.
Our construction team is always keen to take on a new challenge and deliver the highest quality they can produce. In-house, we have Quantity Surveyors, Technical Designer, Contracts Managers and site teams who together ensure programme targets, quality and compliance, and safety standards are met. Our Contracts Manager directly coordinates with the on-site teams.
